Foreman Telecom Aerial – Triple-D Communications, LLC

Join us as a Foreman Telecom Aerial to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will serve as the on‑site expert, guiding and supporting less experienced team members.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure successful installation of fiber/telecom cables and support structures per relevant codes, regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Safely operate equipment such as bucket trucks, digger derricks, excavators, and hand tools (wrenches, drills, saws).
  • Maintain safe work areas and manage traffic flow on the job site.
  • Work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders.
  • Provide guidance and support to crew members.
  • Be prepared to travel for storm response on short notice.
  • Complete daily work orders and crew checks to document productivity and safety compliance.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
  • High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
  • Valid non‑provisional state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Must pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card.
  • At least 3 years of related work experience.
  • Certified pole climber or willingness to become certified.
  • CDL Class “A” driver license preferred.
Physical Abilities & Exposures
  • Routinely work with arms above shoulder level, at heights and in confined spaces, operate heavy machinery, use ladders, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift objects over 55 pounds.
  • Occasionally use keyboard and mouse.
