Republic Services is seeking a Maintenance Lead Technician to oversee a team of technicians, ensuring repairs and routine maintenance of chassis, hydraulic, electrical, heating and air conditioning systems meet Company safety standards and federal/state regulations.
Reporting to a Maintenance Supervisor or Manager, you will diagnose complex repairs, coach junior technicians in diagnostics, coordinate repair scheduling, and drive safe, timely shop productivity across the fleet.
