Salary Ranges: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour for EEC Certified Candidates; $17.00 to $19.00 per hour for Assistant Candidates.

Location operates year‑round, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Operating hours subject to change.

• Manage classroom needs to support children’s well‑being.
• Nurture a love of learning through child‑centered, social‑emotional, STEAM, and nature‑based activities.
• Maintain regular communication with families to foster collaborative growth.

• Pass required state and company background checks.
• High school diploma, GED, or enrollment in relevant classes.
• For EEC Certified positions, EEC teacher certification or completion of required coursework.
• Adhere to all company policies and EEC regulations.
• Physical ability to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times a day.
