Summary

We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and hands‑on Event Operations Assistant to support the execution of a large and diverse portfolio of events. This is an entry‑level position offering an opportunity to gain experience in event operations, logistics, and coordination while working closely with all departments across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being active, working with people, and helping bring events to life from set up through breakdown. The role is physically demanding and requires lifting, carrying, loading, unloading, setting up, and breaking down event materials and equipment. Event days can be fast paced, require long hours, and involve adapting to changing priorities and last‑minute needs.

The ideal candidate is reliable, resourceful, and willing to jump in wherever needed. Experience in hospitality, restaurants, catering, customer service, retail, tourism, or events is highly valued, as success in this role requires a strong service mindset and the ability to remain professional in busy environments.
