** Job Summary
** Responsible for providing comprehensive social work services to students in a hospital-based educational setting. This role focuses on addressing the emotional, social, and academic needs of students and collaborating with families, educators, and healthcare providers to promote positive outcomes.
Yes    Essential Functions  
-Conduct assessments to identify students’ emotional, social, and academic needs.
-Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support students facing challenges.
-Provide individual and group counseling to students dealing with mental health issues, trauma, or behavioral concerns.
-Utilize evidence-based practices to promote resilience and coping skills.
-Respond to crises involving students, providing immediate support and coordination with emergency services as needed.
-Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safety and well-being during crises.
** Qualifications
