. Our mission is to serve medically fragile pediatric and adult populations in cities and towns across Bristol, Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth, and Suffolk Counties.
Location: Arlington, MA
Job Description: 18‑year‑old female, diagnosed with cerebral palsy, G‑tube, cortical vision impairment, nebulizer treatments, and seizure precautions. Shifts needed:
Sundays 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Nursing Opportunities: We’re always seeking compassionate nurses to join our team, whether seasoned RN/LPN or new grad. Our diverse cases ensure valuable experience across various medical conditions.
- Continuous Care Nursing: Nurses work one‑on‑one with patients in homes, schools, or community settings, helping families navigate complex medical care and keeping patients at home to avoid hospitalization.
- Diverse Cases: From general nursing care to ICU‑level home care. Most patients face feeding challenges and are G‑ or J‑tube feeding dependent; others have tracheostomies, ventilator support, seizure disorders, ostomy appliances, wound management, or diabetes maintenance.
- Pay Rates:
- RN: $57.68 / $59.68 / $61.68 per hour
- LPN: $41.50 / $43.50 / $45.50 per hour
