Direct Sales Representative – Universal & $2,500 Sign‑On Bonus
Wave Broadband is looking for a high‑energy sales professional to acquire new residential customers across the Greater Boston, MA market.
Location

Boston, MA to Arlington, MA (greater market)
Compensation
: $39,900 base salary with uncapped commissions and the opportunity to earn $89,000 or more. A $2,500 sign‑on bonus is available to qualifying candidates.
- Prospect, qualify, and generate sales within an assigned territory.
- Identify and sell appropriate products and services to meet customer needs.
- Engage in technical discussions with prospects through demonstrations and presentations.
- Execute the sales strategy to increase sales within territories.
- Prepare sales information for customers.
- Distribute marketing material and participate in special sales events.
- Stay knowledgeable about product and service changes.
- Work in a fast‑paced, field‑based environment (outside, "on the hunt").
- Demonstrate strong communication, relationship building, organizational, presentation, and influence skills.
- Show motivation, self‑starter attitude, and ability to work autonomously.
- Maintain high attention to detail, organization, and time‑management.
- Meet or exceed sales quota.
- Provide valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Use Microsoft products proficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Sales or marketing experience in telecommunications preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced field environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer‑service skills.
