Armed Security Officer

Schedule:

Part‑time (4 hours per week).

Shifts:

Sunday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

Location:

Arlington, MA.

Pay: $24.00–$25.00 hourly (up to $26.00 after 180 days). Training paid $20.00 hourly.

As an Armed Dedicated Security Officer
, your daily responsibilities include:

• Providing peace of mind by being a visible and active security presence.
• Conducting random foot patrols of the property and key areas.
• Responding to dispatches, alarms, and emergency situations.
• Writing detailed incident reports, tour reports, and summary logs.
• Providing excellent customer service to residents, guests, and staff.
• Communicating and collaborating with local emergency services when required.

• Be on time, in uniform, and professional.
• Prior military or law‑enforcement experience preferred; willing to train the right people.
• Must possess an active MA LTC.
• Must own equipment to conceal carry or open carry.
• Must be able to pass an annual firearms qualification.
• Able to attend required training in Natick, MA and Holliston, MA.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Vigilant, observant, and detail oriented.
• Self‑disciplined.
• Ability to de‑escalate conflict.
