Lead Supply Analyst

Location: Arlington, TN

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (On-site)

We are seeking an experienced Lead Supply Analyst to support and lead senior‑level supply planning activities. This role will be responsible for managing inventory and supply planning processes, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring the efficient flow of materials to support plant and warehouse operations.

• Lead supply and inventory planning activities to support production and operational needs
• Plan, schedule, and monitor inbound movement of materials from suppliers
• Collaborate closely with suppliers, plant operations, warehouse teams, purchasing, production, and engineering
• Determine material requirements and ensure timely availability of SKUs
• Manage SKU setup, maintenance, and inventory control processes
• Develop specifications for new contract orders
• Assess and manage strategic bridge buy requirements to mitigate supply risks
• Drive continuous improvement in supply planning and supplier management processes

• Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in senior‑level supply planning or a related role
• Proven experience working with suppliers, plant operations, and warehouse environments
• Strong background in inventory planning, supply planning, and supplier management
• Hands‑on experience with SKU management and inventory control
• Strong analytical, organizational, and cross‑functional collaboration skills

• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
