SummarySenior individual contributor responsible for inventory and supply planning to ensure uninterrupted material availability in pharma or medical device manufacturing environments. Requires strong planning expertise, supplier coordination, and independent decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and manage inbound material flow from suppliers.
- Perform inventory and supply planning aligned with production schedules.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Suppliers.
- Assess and execute strategic bridge buys to mitigate supply risk.
- Analyze planning data and make independent, judgment-based decisions.
- 5+ years of US-based supply planning experience.
- Mandatory experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory planning, supplier management, and MRP/ERP/SAP systems.
