Market General Manager

West Quality Food Service, Inc. is a 47‑year‑old company with restaurants in Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, and Alabama. We are looking to take this company to the next level of excellence with proactive, self‑motivated, ethical multi‑unit managers who are willing to go the extra mile to ensure the culture, standards, and performance in their market exceed company expectations.

• Oversee training and development in the market
• Recruit, hire, and manage staff, including bench management
• Manage P&L and assets – sales, labor, F&P, OMC, and other critical metrics
• Build a fun recognition culture that models the corporate mission and culture
• Inspect restaurants weekly to ensure compliance with standards
• Build strong teams at both the restaurant and market levels to deliver the promise to every guest
• Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and restaurant staff on a daily basis
• Demonstrate the highest level of integrity, respect for employees, and appreciation for their contributions; develop and present recognition to top performers in the market
• Provide meaningful and timely performance feedback through training and development
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures (people, safety, assets, cash, etc.)

• 3–5 years of multi‑unit experience in the QSR field with 5 years of restaurant or retail management
• Self‑motivated and hungry for success
• Consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills and performance
• Understanding of the power of recognition and engagement; ability to create a culture of empowerment in their market
• Adheres to the highest standards and maintains company policies and procedures
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong supervisory and organizational skills
• Ability to interact easily with diverse employees
• Proficient with PC and MS Office Suite
• Ability to travel occasionally; relocation is a plus but not mandatory
