Shift Manager

Shift Manager – McDonald’s Franchisee

We’re looking for a positive team player to lead shifts every week at a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee will be your employer and is responsible for all employment matters.

• Food Safety – ensure menus meet all safety standards.
• Internal Communication – keep crew and managers informed during a shift.
• Inventory Management – track supplies to support menu production.
• Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness – keep the restaurant presentable and safe.
• Managing Crew – coach and supervise crew to deliver quality service.
• Quality Food Production – oversee the preparation of menu items.
• Exceptional Customer Service – ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Safety and Security – monitor the restaurant for safety, security, and profitability.
• Scheduling – plan and manage crew schedules for the shift.
• Training – provide on‑the‑job training to crew and new managers.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and coaching skills.
