Shift Manager – McDonald’s Franchisee
We’re looking for a positive team player to lead shifts every week at a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee will be your employer and is responsible for all employment matters.
Responsibilities- Food Safety – ensure menus meet all safety standards.
- Internal Communication – keep crew and managers informed during a shift.
- Inventory Management – track supplies to support menu production.
- Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness – keep the restaurant presentable and safe.
- Managing Crew – coach and supervise crew to deliver quality service.
- Quality Food Production – oversee the preparation of menu items.
- Exceptional Customer Service – ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Safety and Security – monitor the restaurant for safety, security, and profitability.
- Scheduling – plan and manage crew schedules for the shift.
- Training – provide on‑the‑job training to crew and new managers.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and coaching skills.
- 15–25 days paid vacation.
