Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead day-to-day AP operations, strengthen internal controls, and support accurate, timely financial reporting in a multi-entity environment.
Responsibilities- Oversee invoice processing, vendor payments, and account reconciliations
- Lead and develop the accounts payable team
- Maintain internal controls and support audit activities
- Prepare AP reporting, including aging and cash flow insights
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to improve processes and efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of AP or accounting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of AP processes, controls, and best practices
- Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel
- Mid-Senior level
