Recruitment & Placement Manager at Babich & AssociatesEstablished and local public accounting firm seeking candidates for the upcoming tax season. Will consider candidates with 1 busy season experience for Tax Staff
, 3 years of experience for Tax Seniors
, and 7 or more years of experience for Tax Managers
. Selected candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. Selected candidates will have experience using Tax Software such as Drake, Lacerte, CCH Ultra Tax, CCH Prosystem FX, CCH Access, or GoSystem. Experience in using Quickbooks Online, helpful. Ideal candidates will have CPA, EA, or in the process of testing for either/both. Firm has reasonable work life balance, including during busy season.
Room for advancement.
In office position, with some possibility of hybrid.
