A highly respected financial services organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its Accounting team in Dallas. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, high-performing environment while contributing to critical accounting and reporting functions.
Base Pay Range$85,000.00/yr - $92,000.00/yr
Additional Compensation Types- Annual Bonus
- Lead monthly and quarterly close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and AP/AR
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Prepare audit‑ready work papers and partner with external auditors
- Assist with financial reporting for senior leadership and Board materials
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
- CPA or CPA‑eligible preferred
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience (insurance experience preferred)
- Net Suite or ERP experience and strong Excel skills
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working cross‑functionally
- Dallas, TX (Uptown)
- On‑site with flexibility to work remotely one day per week
