AP Accounting Manager – Arlington, TX (20% Travel)

We’re a leading construction company looking for an experienced AP Accounting Manager to manage high-volume accounts payable, mentor a team, and streamline processes in a fast‑paced environment.

• Manage high‑volume AP processing  invoices/month).
• Lead and mentor a high‑performing AP team.
• Oversee AP workflow rollouts, special request handling, and process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate periodic cycle‑count reconciliations and month‑end close activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.

• Proven AP experience in large companies, ideally in construction.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and coach a team.
• Experience managing high‑volume invoices and special requests.
• JD Edwards experience is a plus.
• University degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Ability to travel across the U.S.
