Mid-Size CPA Firm | Full-Time
A growing CPA and advisory firm in Dallas is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned tax professional to lead complex engagements, manage staff, and contribute to the firm’s continued success.
About the Role:
- Primarily review complex tax returns across all entity types; assist with preparation as needed
- Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Manage both domestic and offshore staff
- Collaborate with leadership on client strategy and planning
- Identify opportunities for client growth and advisory services
Qualifications:
- CPA license required
- 8+ years of public accounting experience in tax
- Strong review experience with all types of returns
- Ultra Tax experience preferred (not mandatory)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Competitive base salary ($140K–$175K) + bonus opportunities

- Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, Monday & Friday remote for flexibility
