Staff Accountant

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Staff Accountant to join a high growth services organization expanding across North America and Europe. This Staff Accountant role offers strong visibility to the Controller and CFO and the chance to take on meaningful responsibility beyond a traditional Staff Accountant position. • Support month-end close including journal entries and reconciliations
• Perform variance analysis and support financial reporting accuracy
• Manage accounts receivable including onboarding, credit checks and collections
• Assist with billing and revenue reconciliation
• Partner across AR and AP to support daily accounting operations
• Reconcile expenses including credit cards and accruals
• Collaborate cross functionally with operations and leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 3 to 5 years of accounting experience including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end responsibilities
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Net Suite ERP experience highly preferred
• A proactive Staff Accountant mindset with interest in growth

• Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 annually
• Eligibility to earn a 10% annual bonus
