They're adding an experienced Tax Manager to be a steady senior presence: owning clients, reviewing complex work and developing junior staff, with your impact visible rather than lost in a corporate structure.

• $125,000 to $150,000
• Busy season generally around 50 to 55 hours a week at peak
• 401(k), plus medical, dental and vision insurance

• Owning long term client relationships
• Reviewing complex returns and managing deadlines
• Communicating directly with clients
• Mentoring and supporting junior staff

• At least 5 years of tax experience at a CPA or public accounting firm
• Comfortable reviewing returns, managing deadlines and developing junior staff
• CPA or EA preferred
• CCH Axcess, Lacerte or Ultra Tax is useful, though other software backgrounds are welcome
