TDI Refrigeration is looking for a Service Coordinator to manage and support daily operations within our Industrial Refrigeration and Commercial HVAC Service Department
. You’ll be the communication hub — coordinating technicians, scheduling service calls, and ensuring customers receive timely, high‑quality service. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment and want to grow with an industry leader, this role is for you.

• Dispatch service technicians based on job priority, skill set, and location.
• Coordinate daily schedules, service calls, and follow‑ups.
• Communicate with technicians, customers, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Review and process service work orders for accuracy and billing.
• Assist with job price‑outs and profitability tracking.
• Maintain service logs, records, and daily status reports.
• Prepare morning emails, on‑call schedules, and technician updates.

• 2+ years in service coordination, dispatch, or administrative support (HVAC/refrigeration preferred).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and service management software (SimPRO a plus).
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Dependable, self‑motivated, and detail oriented.
• High School Diploma required; additional HVAC or administrative training preferred.
