- A Level: 7–10+ years of experience – $33–$40/hr + performance bonus
- B Level: 2–7 years of experience – $25–$32/hr + performance bonus
- C Level: 6 months–2 years of experience – $18–$22/hr + performance bonus
- Tire Tech: 6 months+ experience – $17–$19/hr + performance bonus
