At Stress Free Auto Care, we’re building something different — and we’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Shop Foreman to lead our team and drive success on the floor. We combine cutting-edge technology, a strong team culture, and now, two new ways to earn bonuses that directly reward your leadership and shop performance.

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the technician team
• Assign jobs efficiently to maximize shop productivity and flow
• Monitor job quality and ensure all repairs meet our high standards
• Be the technical expert and go-to resource for complex diagnostics
• Work closely with service advisors to coordinate and prioritize repairs
• Track technician performance and support continuous improvement
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance in the shop

• Base hourly pay: A Level: 7-10+ years of experience — $28-$38/hr
• Two performance-based bonus incentives:
  Shop Sales Bonus and Utilization Bonus
