Advanced Resource Technologies, Inc. (ARTI) is currently recruiting for a Jr. Program Analyst in support of a contract with Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Small Business Programs Office (SBPO) supporting the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Programs.
SUMMARYIdeal candidate will support and assist DARPA Program Managers (PMs), SBIR/STTR Program Directors, Small Businesses, and other Department of War (DoW) agencies. This is a hybrid role with in person work on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist in the day-to-day administrative management of the DARPA SBPO
- Manage and maintain SBPO and Program Director calendars
- Organize read-ahead materials for meetings
- Assist in preparation of required briefings slides/presentation material, speeches, or reports
- Process Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs) and Purchase Requests (PRs) using the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) financial system
- Data entry, report generation, budget processing, track, and coordinate suspense actions
- Assist in preparation of high-level management reports, including Program quantitative metrics on quarterly and annual basis
- Assist with the planning, scheduling, and executing of all requirements for the SBIR/STTR Program and supporting management processes
- Coordinate and assist with the DARPA SBIR/STTR Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) modification, prioritization, and approval of topics for submission to DoD R&E
- Manage, coordinate, and execute administrative portions of the DARPA SBIR and STTR selection processes in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies
- Support the solicitations and evaluation cycles of the Phase I and Phase II proposal submission and evaluation process
- Provide outreach support for virtual and/or in-person conference events, one-on-one meetings, kick off meetings, and training events
- Support all travel and logistical arrangements for government personnel using the Defense Travel System (DTS)
- Assist with the design of multi-media and/or print materials in support of the DARPA SBIR/STTR Programs
- Receive and disseminate mail and arrange for courier mail delivery services as required to support SBPO events
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of specialized experience in one of the following areas: finance, accounting or business or program/project management or 5 years of specialized experience with no degree with a high school diploma.
- Specialized experience in government budget/financial analysis or government contract administration desired but not required.
- Government SBIR/STTR or Grants Administration desired but not required.
- Proficiency in data management and data analysis desired but not required.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all team members.
- Experience working in a fast-based, analytical environment.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- PowerPoint, Project, Excel, and Word.
Mandatory Requirement: Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a Government Security Investigation and must meet eligibility for access to classified information,
