Lead Product Manager, Token

• Engage with ecosystem developers (anyone using USDC, CCTP, EURO‑C) to understand how Circle can support them, convert those insights into a roadmap, and help them bring products to market—a role requiring a high level of external collaboration.
• Own the product vision, feature set, and roadmap to take these developer products from 0 to 1. The products will involve a mix of off‑chain and completely on‑chain protocols.
• Deep‑dive and stay up to date on frontier blockchain technologies—account abstraction, smart contracts, intents, and more—reading and contributing to EIPs as needed.
• Define what a great developer experience is for both seasoned developers (“ten’s of smart contracts”) and developers writing their first smart contract.
• Work with multiple internal stakeholders—including legal, compliance, treasury, and marketing—to bring these products to market.

• More than 15 years of product management experience, having evolved product portfolios that attracted meaningful customer adoption and generated significant revenue.
• Owned product strategy for complex commercial products (preferably crypto), with experience identifying and managing risks associated with owned products.
• Mentored other product managers and demonstrated experience influencing partners and executives to achieve results.

Base Pay Range: $212,500 - $272,500.
