Insurance Product Manager, Dallas, Hybrid

Our client is a growing Property insurance company, expanding its operations in Texas and now searching for an experienced Product Manager.

• Spearhead growth of residential property area, related to filings, product design and policy administration
• Develop an existing book of business to “the next level”
• Interpret product requirements into detailed system specifications
• Liaise with variety of agency networks, primarily within the state of Texas
• Manage the process of testing, administration, validation and rollout of products for their system
• Ensure accuracy in rating factors, deductibles, territory structures, surcharges, credits, and related technical components
• Liaise closely with underwriters, operations and business development teams

• 7+ years of residential property product management experience
• Experience with in the Texas markets
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and entrepreneurial environment
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment from home/work
• Can work under little supervision

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr
