Executive Vice President of Account Management

We’re seeking an Executive Vice President of Account Management to lead our Account Management and Field Sales teams. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening dealer relationships, and ensuring exceptional execution across all customer‑facing functions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing Account Management organization across multiple regions, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Drive revenue growth and dealer expansion through disciplined sales strategies, market execution, and performance management.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and professional development to build a scalable, best‑in‑class field and account team.
  • Strengthen dealer relationships by serving as an executive liaison to principals and F&I leaders, ensuring consistent delivery of Ikon’s value proposition.
  • Implement incentive programs, sales playbooks, and standardized processes to align performance and field execution.
  • Use CRM and BI tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to executive leadership.
  • Partner with Account Managers to address underperforming dealerships and deploy targeted turnaround strategies.
  • Lead training initiatives, meetings, and workshops to drive alignment, communication, and best‑practice execution across all teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading Account Management, Sales Operations, or Field Sales teams in the automotive or F&I industry.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, dealer acquisition, and customer retention.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on accountability, coaching, and development.
  • Analytical, data‑driven mindset; proficient in CRM platforms, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; able to build credibility at all levels of dealership organizations.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and engage directly with field and dealer teams.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands‑on executive who thrives in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
  • Deep understanding of dealership operations, economics, and customer engagement strategies.
