Base pay range
$23.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Primary Responsibilities:
- Make collection calls to resolve outstanding balances while preserving strong customer relationships.
- Process online order releases efficiently to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Reconcile accounts accurately and promptly to maintain up-to-date portfolio records.
- Investigate and resolve deductions, providing findings and recommendations to management.
- Review credit limits and make informed recommendations to mitigate risk.
- Balance risk management with delivering excellent customer service and supporting sales objectives.
Qualifications
- 4+ (recent and consecutive) years’ experience in B2B Collections, required
- Experience in construction and/or manufacturing industry, required
- Associate
