• Build recruiting and sales strategies to identify clients in the local market through tools such as databases, ATS, Linked In, and social media.
• Develop and execute a strategy for new business generation and key account growth.
• Collaborate with an experienced recruitment delivery team to ensure seamless service and follow-through.
• Attend in-person client meetings and networking events to strengthen market presence and relationships.
• Help shape the BD function in a fast-paced, start-up environment—ideal for someone energized by building from the ground up.

• 2–5 years of experience in agency staffing in a BD or 360 role.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in tech/IT, Engineering, or A&F.
• Experience selling contract/temp staffing solutions (permanent placement is a plus).
• Proven track record of generating new business and hitting sales targets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Must have a strong local market network and a track record of billings.

• Base salary range: $50,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
