Job responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy for the Indirect/MRO category.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide procurement support.
• Lead procurement processes including RFPs, RFQs, and supplier evaluations.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and monitor performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Drive cost‑saving initiatives while maintaining quality and compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of purchasing experience, including 2+ years managing indirect goods & services, and MRO.
• Strong understanding of legal and contractual principles with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead across organizational boundaries.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and monitor performance to drive continuous improvement.
