This position will be posted until filled. Qualifications What makes you an Ideal candidate?

Deep understanding of and experience in product management / ownership, software product lifecycle, road mapping, and agile methodologies

Experience working with delivery teams and collaborating with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, etc.

A proven track record of project execution, completing and shipping excellent products on time and on budget

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assemble and interpret data, create executive summaries and deliver business insights

Exceptional interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), cross-collaboration and team skills

Ability to dive into performance measurements with teams to help optimize and find key insights into performance

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to synthesize analytic results into relevant and strategic recommendations

Ability to understand and explain complex issues and clearly identify and communicate the situation at a high level

Excellent oral/written communication skills

Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills

Excellent presentation skills

Excellent skills creating and managing a roadmap of features and enhancements

Additional Knowledge and Skills Working effectively within an AI enabled environment:  Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights

Familiarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation

Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection Work Experience & EducationAgile Certifications required4-6 years' experience as a Product Owner/Manager on an Agile team required

Experience leading others through influence preferred

Bachelor’s Degree or additional equivalent experience required
