OverviewAs Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of ground-up healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires a proactive approach to planning, coordination, and execution with a focus on quality, schedule, budget, and safety. You will lead cross-functional teams, work closely with clients, design partners, and stakeholders, and ensure every project meets regulatory and accreditation standards while delivering successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all phases of ground-up healthcare construction projects, including preconstruction, procurement, execution, and closeout
- Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams to align project goals, design intent, and construction execution
- Develop, maintain, and manage project budgets in alignment with contractual requirements and financial objectives
- Prepare and present monthly cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor services, ensuring compliance with project specifications and healthcare regulations
- Negotiate, draft, and execute subcontracts, change orders, and other contractual documents
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, identify potential impacts, and implement recovery strategies when needed
- Lead internal coordination meetings and Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings to drive communication and accountability across all parties
- 3+ Years of Experience as a Project Manager with a Commercial/Healthcare General Contractor
- Healthcare Construction Experience (Required)
- Bachelors Degree in Construction or Related (Highly Preferred)
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
