This Texas-based construction company is dedicated to transforming the pool building sector through their high-quality services, innovation and technology. They have built a fantastic reputation over the past few years to put them at the forefront of their specialist market. They are now looking to recruit a Superintendent for the DFW area to support their current and expected growth in the state.
This role focuses on project managing and expanding company operations within the Dallas-Fort Worth region, overseeing multiple projects and growing a team for a company that is likely to be the industry leader in the near future.
- Oversee pool construction projects
- Support customers through meetings, designing and pricing
- Directly manage crews, monitor timelines and budgets, conduct site visits and quality checks, recruit team members
- Support the development and execution of company plans to meet long term goals
- Up to $150,000 Base Salary, Healthcare, PTO + Other Benefits
- Proven track record in a Superintendent or Construction/Project Manager capacity
- Experience with in the construction sector
- Pool, Spa, Backyard construction familiarity preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel within the DFW area
