We’re expanding and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Estimator/Project Manager to support our growing project pipeline. This role follows a defined training and advancement path, with a structured daily workflow and support from experienced team members.

This role doesn't require fencing experience – just the mindset of a disciplined estimator. If you've done takeoffs or quotes in any construction trade (HVAC, electrical, framing, site work, etc.), we can teach you our product.

We're looking for someone with great habits, logical thinking, and a steady work style.

• Read and interpret ranch and solar site plans
• Use Land  estimating calculators to create accurate material and labor quotes
• Prepare structured proposals following company formats
• Ensure prices, materials, and calculations are reviewed and approved
• Help maintain accuracy of estimating tools with guidance from senior staff
• Map fence lines and job elements using defined templates

• Oversee assigned projects according to established budgets and schedules
• Communicate status updates to clients and team members
• Participate in site visits and coordinate activities with the operations team
• Maintain organized project records and ensure tasks are completed to standard
• Follow reporting procedures and document job progress weekly
• Support adherence to safety protocols and company processes

• 2+ years of estimating or technical quoting experience (any trade)
• Excellent Excel skills and a math/logic mindset
• High attention to detail and low tolerance for sloppiness
• Self-motivated but process-driven
• Comfortable working quietly and independently
• Fencing experience is great – but not required

• $65,000-$80,000 salary depending on experience
