• Support project management from start to finish on civil construction projects
• Oversee daily field operations, subcontractors, and crews
• Manage contracts, change orders, and cost tracking
• Develop and maintain schedules, work plans, and budgets
• Ensure strict safety and quality compliance on all job sites
• Collaborate with clients, trades, and internal teams to meet project goals

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in civil construction or project management
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
• Comfortable working outdoors and traveling to project sites as needed
• Competitive pay: $75,000–$95,000 (based on experience)
