Mechanical Construction Lead Superintendent – Large Projects
Our client is seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Lead Superintendent with a strong history of managing and building large-scale projects. This role leads on-site mechanical operations, supervises crews, and ensures projects are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Responsibilities- Direct all mechanical construction activities on-site, including labor, materials, and equipment coordination
- Supervise field crews and subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
- Coordinate with general contractors, owners, and internal teams to maintain project alignment
- Oversee scheduling, productivity, and project documentation
- Troubleshoot field challenges and provide leadership guidance to teams
- Proven track record managing large commercial or industrial mechanical projects
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and complex scopes
Union pay rates with overtime opportunities
