Blayze Recruitment is proud to be partnered with a leading commercial general contractor in their search for an experienced Superintendent to lead a high‑profile K12 construction project in the Dallas, TX area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional with a strong background in managing education‑related builds to join a company known for delivering high‑quality projects and fostering long‑term careers.

• Develop and execute comprehensive pre‑job plans
• Lead weekly staff and production meetings
• Determine appropriate construction methods and techniques
• Oversee and ensure top‑tier quality control throughout the project
• Maintain project schedule, including creation of 2–3 week look‑ahead plans
• Allocate manpower and resources effectively
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and vendors daily
• Proactively identify and resolve on‑site issues
• Ensure job site cleanliness, safety, and organization

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience (K12/School project experience highly preferred)
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage all aspects of site construction
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred
