Overview
We are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support mission critical / data center projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This role offers the opportunity to be part of large-scale, technically complex builds with national visibility. The Assistant Superintendent will work closely with senior field leadership to oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate subcontractor performance.

Responsibilities- Assist the Superintendent in managing all phases of construction on active job sites, with a focus on mission critical / data center projects.
- Support daily site operations, including subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, scheduling, and quality control.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Participate in site meetings, safety briefings, and inspections.
- Assist with documentation including daily reports, RFIs, submittals, and punch lists.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA requirements, and project-specific standards.
- Act as a liaison between field crews, project managers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain effective communication and collaboration.
- Support closeout activities including inspections, turnover documentation, and punch list resolution.
- 3+ years of construction experience, preferably in data center, mission critical, industrial, or tilt-wall environments.
- Experience as a field engineer, project engineer, or assistant superintendent strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction management software.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel locally within the DFW area and regionally as needed.
- Company vehicle and gas card or allowance for field mobility.
