Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Superintendent role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction site operations, including scheduling, coordination with subcontractors, and on-site supervision of work crews. Key responsibilities include ensuring projects meet quality standards, budgets, and deadlines, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The Superintendent will also conduct site assessments, review project plans, and resolve any on-site challenges to ensure the smooth execution of construction projects.
Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of construction site operations, including scheduling and coordination with subcontractors.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, budgets, and deadlines.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Conduct site assessments, review project plans, and resolve on-site challenges.
- Leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage construction teams and subcontractors effectively.
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in project scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address on-site challenges promptly.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders and supervise teams.
- Familiarity with construction industry software and tools is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a similar role and working knowledge of job order contracting is preferred.
- Valid certifications in construction safety and project management are beneficial.
