Our client is a well-established commercial general contractor with a strong and growing healthcare portfolio in the DFW market. They are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex hospital projects, including ground‑up construction and occupied renovations. This is a long‑term opportunity for someone who values project continuity, strong relationships, and seeing projects through from start to finish.

• Manage hospital construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Lead both ground‑up hospital builds and occupied renovation work in active healthcare environments
• Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, inspectors, and trade partners
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost controls
• Ensure compliance with healthcare‑specific requirements, safety standards, and infection control protocols
• Mentor junior team members and support field leadership
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders in high‑visibility, mission‑critical facilities

• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Direct hospital construction experience is required
• Occupied hospital renovations / additions experience
• Strong track record of good tenure (project and employer stability matters)
• Experience managing multiple trades, schedules, and budgets on complex projects
• Ability to operate confidently in live healthcare environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Must have experience working for General Contractors - not on the owner's side
