About The Role: We are hiring a Mechanical Superintendent to lead field execution for complex commercial and industrial projects across the DFW region. This leader will serve as the primary field authority for all mechanical scopes—HVAC, piping, plumbing, equipment setting, hydronics, and commissioning coordination. This is a high-visibility role responsible for delivering projects safely, on schedule, and with excellent workmanship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all onsite mechanical construction activities from mobilization through turnover.
  • Manage General Foremen, Foremen, and multiple field crews.
  • Build and maintain the project schedule, sequencing work for maximum efficiency.
  • Coordinate closely with GC, trades, inspectors, engineering teams, and vendors.
  • Lead daily/weekly site meetings, progress updates, and safety briefings.
  • Ensure installation aligns with design specs, QA/QC standards, and code requirements.
  • Identify risks, delays, manpower gaps, and proactively implement corrective action.
  • Support commissioning, start-up, equipment testing, and project closeout.
  • Maintain accurate field documentation: daily reports, as-builts, RFIs, redlines.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of mechanical construction experience with strong leadership background.
  • Experience running ground-up commercial, industrial, mission‑critical, healthcare, or large TI mechanical scopes.
  • Proficient in reading mechanical drawings, BIM coordination, and technical specs.
  • Strong communication with both field teams and project leadership.
  • OSHA 30 required; experience with prefabrication workflows is a plus.
