We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Executive to lead large-scale industrial construction projects in the Dallas market. This executive-level role provides oversight across multiple active projects and is responsible for driving safety, schedule adherence, financial performance, quality, and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate brings extensive industrial construction experience, strong client-facing leadership, and a proven track record of mentoring teams while successfully delivering complex projects.
Responsibilities- Provide executive oversight for multiple industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Lead project staffing, resource allocation, financial management, and risk mitigation across all assigned projects.
- Serve as a senior client-facing representative, building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, design partners, and key stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership to ensure consistent project execution and adherence to company standards.
- Support preconstruction efforts, including budgeting, estimating, value engineering, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor project schedules, cost controls, change management, and overall performance to achieve project goals.
- Ensure all projects maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, compliance, and regulatory adherence.
- Represent the company in executive-level meetings, strategic discussions, and industry forums.
- Drive growth initiatives and contribute to long-term strategy within the industrial construction sector.
- 10+ years of progressive construction experience, with at least 5 years in senior or executive leadership roles.
- Extensive background in industrial construction, including manufacturing, distribution, processing, or heavy industrial projects.
- Proven ability to oversee multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of project financials, contract management, risk assessment, and scheduling.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on operational excellence, client satisfaction, and team development.
