An established heavy civil and foundations construction company is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team. We specialize in highway, commercial, and marine construction, working with government agencies and top general contractors nationwide.

As a Senior Estimator, you will lead project bidding efforts, develop accurate cost estimates, and ensure competitive proposals. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in heavy highway construction, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed and precise project estimates.

Analyze project documents to determine costs for labor, materials, and equipment.

Evaluate project specifications, site conditions, and other factors affecting costs.

Gather input from field teams to refine estimates.

Collaborate with vendors to secure pricing and material costs.

Maintain organized records of estimates, bids, and related documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. Background in heavy highway construction is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
