Base Salary$120,000 – $160,000 per annum

OverviewA well‑established Commercial General Contractor based in Dallas is seeking a Project Manager to oversee ground‑up projects across healthcare, industrial, and K‑12 construction. The role manages project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and the overall execution of interior scopes from start to finish. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and experienced in managing interior packages within complex commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage all scopes across multiple commercial construction projects.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timelines and budgets are maintained.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to drive design intent and quality installations.
- Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accuracy and constructability.
- Manage subcontractor procurement, scope alignment, and performance in the field.
- Conduct regular site walks to monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality control.
- Track project costs, change orders, RFIs, and pay applications.
- Resolve issues proactively to avoid delays and maintain project momentum.
- Prepare and present progress reports to internal leadership and project stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
- Experience with healthcare, industrial, or K‑12 projects strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of interior construction materials, sequencing, and quality standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors.
- Proficient in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
