. This full-time role calls for a professional who can directly influence commercial, industrial, and institutional builds through precise cost analysis and take-offs.

Serving as the financial backbone of electrical projects, you will prepare proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope and required estimate details. Your daily operations will include:

• Performing complete electrical take-offs and estimating work for commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
• Attending pre-bid meetings and job site walkthroughs to verify field requirements.
• Maintaining detailed estimate documentation, bridging supplier pricing with historical cost data.
• Analyzing design options to recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Interfacing with clients during bid-walks and providing estimating support to field operations.
• Assisting other departments with estimates in related disciplines and performing additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

• Experience: 3+ years of estimating specifically with an electrical contractor, alongside a stable work history.
• Software Proficiency: Hands-on knowledge of Accubid, McCormick, or Conest estimating platforms.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of electrical installations, estimating techniques, cost control, and the ability to interpret computerized cost data.
• Professional Attributes: Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to meet strict bid deadlines.
• Preferred Assets: Previous management or supervisory experience, and a college degree in a related field, are a plus but not strictly required.

Your expertise will be rewarded with a verified base salary ranging from USD 95,000 to 140,000 per year
