Rycon’sport folio includes projects in aviation, healthcare, higher education, industrial/warehouse, commercial, multi-unit residential, student housing, food service/dining, data centers/mission critical, retail, financial, self-storage, government/municipality, and LEED facilities. We have an in-house Architectural Finishes & Specialty Fabrication Division that ships/installs nationally.

We are seeking an experienced Safety Coordinator in our Dallas office.

Please note this position will be fully onsite and based out of Herefore.

• Working hand in hand with office leadership to help further develop the safety culture.
• Performing safety inspections/audits on project sites.
• Conducting both in person and virtual safety training and orientation.
• Safety pre-planning and lookaheads with our Operations/Estimating teams.
• Participation in project meetings.
• Ensuring Subcontractors compliance with OSHA regulations and training requirements.
• Authoring project specific safety plans.
• Developing and implementing new training programs.

• College degree ina Safety related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of (2) years’ experience in Construction Safety.
• Ability to travel overnight as needed
• Bilingual is preferred but not required.
