Role Description

As Insurance Account Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member for Mark Leal – State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Requirements
  • Must be able to attain Property/Casualty and Life/Health Licenses.
  • Interested in marketing products and services based on customer’s needs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail‑oriented.
  • Proficiency in computer functions.
  • Self‑motivated and willingness to go above and beyond to provide quality care to our customers.
