Client Service Associate
Established and growing independent RIA serving ultra-high-net-worth clientele seeks a Client Service Associate to provide high-touch service and operational support to clients and advisors.
Base pay range$85,000.00/yr - $/yr
Additional compensation types- Annual Bonus

- Collaborate with senior advisors and partners in a collegial, team-oriented environment
- Serve as a primary contact for client onboarding, account openings, and money movements
- Collaborate closely with senior advisors and partners in a collegial, high-performance team culture
- Contribute to the smooth execution of client requests and special projects with initiative and precision
- Support complex entities such as trusts, partnerships, and foundations
- Compensation package ($85,000 - $110,000 base plus bonuses ranging from $5,000 - $15,000, and excellent benefits)
- 2–5+ years of experience in client service or operations within financial services, preferably in an RIA
- Bachelor’s Degree and preferably Series 66 (or willingness to obtain)
- Professional, energetic communicator with strong multitasking and follow-through skills
- Detail-oriented team player with a client-first attitude and polished presentation
