As a new Bilingual Leasing Specialist at Zen Living Management, your daily responsibilities will revolve around facilitating the leasing process for potential residents in Arlington, TX. You will engage with clients, assess their housing needs, and conduct property tours, showcasing available units. Expect to manage inquiries through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits while providing personalized service that emphasizes customer satisfaction.

Your day-to-day tasks also include preparing leasing documentation, following up with prospective residents, and assisting with the overall organization of the leasing office. You will collaborate with your team to address resident concerns and promote a welcoming atmosphere. Your schedule will typically be Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Flexibility on weekends may be necessary as you engage with clients when they are most available to explore their housing options.
