Insurance Customer Service Representative (Part‑time)
OverviewWe’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated part‑time Insurance Customer Service Representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Candidates should have a strong background in service and sales, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem‑solving skills. Sales background preferred. Lots of opportunities to earn a bonus. Must be willing to acquire an insurance license.
25–30 hours a week.
Compensation: $15–$17 per hour.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to insurance clients.
- Handle inquiries, claims, and policy information efficiently.
- Conduct sales and cross‑sell products when appropriate.
- Utilize communication, listening, and problem‑solving skills to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures.
