• Provide a stress‑free, enjoyable experience for each customer.
• Receive payment for parking services and facilitate traffic flow.
• Maintain accurate cash registers, compute bills, give change, issue receipts or tickets.
• Offer directions, fill lost ticket forms, and resolve complaints.
• Answer phone calls politely and maintain booth cleanliness.
• Check inventory, verify shift logs against revenue, compile end‑of‑day reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent, up to one month related experience or training.
• Availability for 2nd, 3rd shift and/or weekends as required.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license if required to drive company vehicle.
• Mathematical skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide, make change.
• Language skills: read and comprehend simple instructions, write simple correspondence, communicate effectively with customers and supervisors.
• Reasoning: apply common sense to follow written or oral instructions, handle problems with a few variables.
• Other skills: use clock, calculator, or credit card machine; maintain a pleasant demeanor on telephone and with the public; respond to customer problems or complaints.
• Physical demands: sit, use hands, reach, occasionally walk; close vision required.
